We currently ship worldwide.
Our two main dispatch points are:
• Liberec, Czech Republic — for Europe & surrounding regions
• Abuja, Nigeria — for Africa & closer countries
We aim to ship from the closest location to you to speed up delivery and reduce costs.

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• During high-volume periods (new drops or restocks), processing might take up to 7 days.
• Preorder items will have shipping timeframes clearly stated on the product page.

🚚 Shipping Time & Costs
Shipping time depends on your region:
• EU & UK: 3–8 business days
• Africa: 4–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Asia & Oceania: 10–20 business days
We always try to offer the best and most affordable shipping options. Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your country and order size.

Return & Exchange Policy

📦 Returns
• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
• We do not accept returns on custom pieces, limited releases, or preorder-only items unless damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

🔄 Exchanges
• We accept size exchanges (if stock allows) within 14 days of delivery.
• If your requested size is unavailable, you can choose another item or opt for store credit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
